By purchasing a product or service from GW Holiday Decorations, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.

GW Holiday Decorations provides seasonal exterior decorating services using natural and agricultural materials including pumpkins, gourds, straw bales, corn stalks, and related decorative items. Due to the natural nature of these materials, variations in color, size, shape, texture, and longevity are normal and expected.

Customers are responsible for ensuring clear and safe access to the installation area at the scheduled service time. GW Holiday Decorations is not responsible for delays or incomplete installations caused by blocked access, unsafe conditions, pets, construction, or other site-related obstacles.

Once installed, customers assume responsibility for maintaining and monitoring their seasonal display. GW Holiday Decorations is not liable for damage caused by weather, wildlife, theft, vandalism, accidental impact, or normal decomposition of natural materials over time.

Pumpkins and natural materials are perishable products and may naturally soften, discolor, or deteriorate throughout the season depending on weather conditions and environmental exposure.

GW Holiday Decorations reserves the right to make reasonable substitutions of pumpkins or materials based on seasonal availability, crop conditions, or sourcing limitations while maintaining the overall design style and value of the purchased package.

By purchasing installation services, customers grant GW Holiday Decorations permission to photograph completed installations for marketing, portfolio, advertising, and social media purposes unless otherwise requested in writing prior to installation.

GW Holiday Decorations reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or reschedule installations due to unsafe conditions, severe weather, supply shortages, or circumstances outside of our control.

All content, branding, photography, logos, designs, and written materials associated with GW Holiday Decorations are the property of GW Holiday Decorations and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
