Refund & Cancellation Policy

GW Holiday Decorations installations are custom seasonal displays built using fresh agricultural products sourced specifically for each order. Due to the seasonal and perishable nature of pumpkins, straw, gourds, and related materials, all sales are considered final once installation has been completed.

Cancellations

Orders canceled before August 15 are eligible for a full refund.

Orders canceled on or after August 15 are eligible for a 50% refund, as pumpkins and materials may have already been purchased and reserved for your installation.

Installation Adjustments

We want every installation to feel polished and intentional. If there is an issue with your installation, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or installation and include photos of the concern. We will review the issue and make reasonable corrections where appropriate.

Returns

Due to the perishable and seasonal nature of our products, we do not accept returns on pumpkins, gourds, straw bales, corn stalks, or installed seasonal displays.

Weather & Natural Variations

Pumpkins and natural materials may vary slightly in color, shape, size, and texture. Minor imperfections and natural aging are considered part of the seasonal character of the product.

In the event of severe weather, installations may be rescheduled to the next available service day.
